I know you don't intend for it to do much, but it first has to push air through the A/C condenser, and what's left is for cooling your radiator. That's not too much. And, finally, it is located at the bottom of your radiator where the coolant is already cooler than at the top. You'd be better off buying a small fan from something like a motorcycle and mounting it at the top of the radiator on the front side. Then wire it to turn on only when you want it to, and to an ignition source so that it doesn't run when you leave the car. Battery will be dead when you return. Just my 2ยข.
